Abstract:

In this paper, the idea of optimal TSK fuzzy controller (NTSK) for two-area load-frequency system with considering limitation of production rate and dead band of governor has been proposed. The use of optimal fuzzy TSK leads to netter performance of load-frequency performance. We have used Cuckoo optimization algorithm for optimization of output coefficients. Next, the performance of TSK fuzzy controller and Optimal TSK have been compared according to ITSE and RMS criterion.
