Abstract:
As a consequence of e-learning issues such as a lack of flexibility in the e-learning process, it is needed to promote traditional to smart learning in order to stay up with the changing demands of the smart-society. The goal of this research is to transform traditional society to smart society and traditional education to smart learning system. It is seek to create smart society which applied improved learning using intelligent technology to address the primary difficulty in recommendation. The main goal of this paper is to explore the efficiency of collaborative filtering model to predict student preferences (courses ) and help the student learn more efficient via overcome the problem of flexibility based on Singular Value Decomposition (SVD),Bilateral Variational Autoencoder (BiVAE) and Bayesian Personalized Ranking (BPR) applied on explicit feedback dataset which collected from undergraduate students with mean absolute error (MAE) 0.86 which is better than unsupervised statistical approach and recommender system based on scope and practical use and so on.
