Abstract:
In this paper, the finite element analysis model of 205 / 55R16 radial tire is established with the help of ABAQUS finite element software, and the correctness of the model is verified by grounding pressure test. The grounding conditions of tire under different pressure and load under static conditions are simulated, and the variation laws of grounding parameters such as grounding pressure and grounding area are fully analyzed. It is found that the design of crown structure can effectively improve the shoulder pressure distribution. When the load reaches a certain pressure, the change of crown arc radius is not obvious for the improvement of grounding pressure, but it is helpful to improve the shape of grounding impression.
